Grief is something each person experiences at least once in their life. Grief is triggered by a loss and that loss impacts each person differently. Grief is more than an emotion. The purpose of these sessions will be to take a journey through your own grief. As you do so, you will gain tools to heal and move forward. Moving forward does not mean that you forget that loss. Rather, moving forward means that you embrace a new normal.
